Key Responsibilities :
- Build, maintain and develop relationships with internal clients in order to diagnose organizational needs. Propose solutions aimed at enhancing team and individual development and thus ensure reaching maximum professional effectiveness
- Provide support to the management of the account in manpower planning and creating organizational design
- Act as first contact for the management and employees of the account in HR related matters and facilitate communication between operations and human resources
- Ensure knowledge transfer of the HR related topics to the managers/Team Leads within the account
- Provide support to the management of the account by providing input in discussions regarding staff retention, talent management, succession planning and resourcing needs.
Typical Activities :
- Develop relationship with internal clients, seeking to diagnose organizational needs of the assigned contracts / account
- Liaise with managers to resolve employee relations issues
- Provide advice on employee code issues
- Investigate and analyse training needs within the account, ensure execution of the training plans
- Support management in performance appraisal process and identify candidates for promotion, lateral movement, relocation of surplus resources etc.
- Support management in identifying successors, provide input to creating individual development plans and career paths planning
- Support management in talent identification and propose appropriate talent management programmes
- Coordinate recruitment process with recruitment team.
- Conduct presentations / workshops on HR related matters to ensure all managers are familiar with Capgemini approach to performance appraisal process, succession planning and other processes and projects
- Act on Employee Opinion Survey results, propose solutions and drive changes in order to ensure maximum employee satisfaction
- Together with L&D function design and executes team development/ team integration activities for the account
- Liaise with other HR specialist / expert functions in order to provide effective HR solutions to the account

PERSON SPECIFICATION :
Essential experience, competencies and skills
- Graduate calibre with minimum 5 years experience in HR
- Broad HR knowledge with good knowledge of labour law
- Ability to critically analyse status quo and propose creative solutions
- Maturity, high personal standards
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to influence both internally with colleagues, and externally with clients and act as business partner to the management
- Diplomacy
- Empathy and listening skills
- Ability to relate to senior management (perception as a business partner)
- Relationship management - ability to build and sustain relationships
- Fluent in English
Desirable experience / educational background :
- Experience in more than one human resources function
- Degree / postgraduate education in Human Resources Management
