About the Position :

This position is for Business Technology practice within Capgemini Invent. We are looking for skilled, dynamic and motivated management consultants, who have experience of working with senior IT function clients and have led Digital transformation projects in various areas such as:

Desired areas :

- Designing IT strategy and IT operating Model,

- Executing IT Cost optimization or Digital transformation initiatives,

- Executing IT Merger & Acquisitions and Post merger integration,

- Running and managing digital excellence programs to help clients become more competitive,

- Identifying process improvement opportunities through business analysis in the IT and business functions,

- Assessing the IT sourcing strategy and helping clients to setup and grow their captives (in house teams) and manage vendor network globally.

Good to have :

- Designing Cloud strategy for clients and support them in migration to cloud,

- Evaluating emerging technologies to create new platforms to help setup the right environment for digital transformation,

- Identifying and implementing various digital initiatives on emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, Blockchain, Big data etc,

Responsibilities :

- Lead the large-scale transformation programs and manage the client relationship throughout the project lifecycle,

- Demonstrate strong business understanding and suggest appropriate digital technology solutions addressing various business scenarios,

- Liaising between client business stakeholders, delivery teams, third party product partners and account management team,

- Keep all stakeholders informed by providing them with necessary project related metrics and accompanying analysis on financial and operational impact,

- Support and build organization level knowledge asset and tools

Requirement :

- Experience of leading large scale digital/IT transformation projects,

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors,

- Knowledge of Agile development practices,

- Ability to think deeply through business scenarios and come up with technology-based solutions,

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, possess high level of motivation and energy,

- Project and team management skills,

- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills,

- Practical know how of emerging digital technologies such as Blockchain, AI/ML, 5G, Cybersecurity, IOT,

- Relevant certifications are an added advantage

Location & Flexibility :

- Base location will be Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Gurgaon

- Should be flexible to work at any client location within India or across the globe.
