Main Purpose of the Role: Deliver business critical supply chain services to our clients, continuously improving on the quality and effectiveness of the processes. This includes supply chain processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Data Management, Customer Order Management, Material Planning and Supply Chain Analytics. This involves close collaboration with the clients and their employees to keep abreast of ever evolving business needs and delivering to those needs. It also requires team work and the ability to coach other employees and work with other parts of Capgemini to provide further education on the Supply chain BSv value proposition. Key areas of responsibility Process delivery - Create new service offerings in the supply chain space across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver areas including technology tool kits, KPIs and business outcomes - Deliver business critical supply chain services to the clients, at levels consistently above their expectations. - Create robust service delivery teams and capabilities in supply chain, providing an ever evolving and continuously improving service culture. - Manage large service delivery teams Client relationship - Work to build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively to understand challenges and provide solutions - Identification of client objectives for outsourcing in the supply chain space - Ability to articulate value proposition and solution offerings in the supply chain area including key differentiators for Capgemini Internal and external interfaces - Work closely with business development teams to partner with them in taking the supply chain service offerings to market - Work with the client service delivery executives to determine opportunity areas in the supply chain space and create solution proposals for the same - Develop thought leadership collaterals showcasing Capgemini capabilities in the supply chain outsourcing space Essential Skills - MBA degree - At least 12 years of experience in supply chain and allied areas - Excellent client relationship skills - Organized and self motivated - Innovation & thought leadership - Team management skills Desirable - Understanding of business process outsourcing - Previous experience within business process outsourcing either in solution, delivery or transition
