Job Description :

- Own end to end delivery responsibility of the development or support engagement for Enterprise Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Analytics projects within budget and schedule

- Mentor team and review major project deliverables like data model, Architecture etc

- Develop, Manage and Maintain customer relationship for new business

- Control and improve Project operational parameters e.g Resource Utilization, Contribution Margins, etc.,

- Identify, Motivate and develop team to be high-performance entity

- Setup and inculcate Process driven behavior within team for consistency and improvement

Skills Required :

- -Should possess 16 + years of IT Experience Must have 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and solution development of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics Projects & Programs.

- Must have provided consulting, assessment, solution elaboration to produce solution architecture specifications, BI recommendations and project scoping documents for BI Projects & Programs.

- Should have demonstrated experience with all different delivery / execution models (Waterfall, Agile etc)

- Must be proficient with Data model, ETL/Reporting Architectures.

- Must be proficient with Project Planning and tracking tools (e.g Visio and Microsoft Project)

- Must possess good domain knowledge and proven solution development expertise in Insurance (P&C / Life / Health).

- Should have had hands on experience in any one ETL / Reporting / Analytics tools Exposure to Insurance Industry

- Should possess good written and oral communications skills

- Should be willing for Domestic and International travels

- Should have demonstrated ability to manage distributed project teams
