Job Summary :   - Responsible for gathering relevant data (demand pattern, inventory, production, capacity, cost etc.) from multiple sources  - Will work on data mining and validation to ensure adequacy and quality of data to be used for supply chain planning, various analysis, reports and dashboards  - Responsible for creating reports, dashboards to track plan performance and various Supply Chain KPIs ; ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables to meet SLAs   - Work with team to support supply chain planning, analytics and other related activities  - Help team in doing root cause analysis for plan variances and deriving actionable insights  - Assist team in executing adhoc analysis and value added projects  - Responsible for creating process documents to build knowledge base  Key Responsibilities:  Collaborate with team and customers with respect to following and ensure accurate deliverables in timely fashion.   - Supply Chain planning & analytics  - Reporting & dashboard creation  - Analysis & Insight generation  Education Requirements:  - Bachelors Degree in Engineering   - MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred)   Experience Requirements: 1-3 years   Personal Characteristics:  - Hard Working and Confident   - High on Integrity   - Willingness to - do what it takes  - Passionate about creating value and impact for the client   - A team oriented and collaborative approach   - Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, throughout all levels of the organization   Skill and Knowledge Requirements:  - Understanding of supply chain processes   - Industry knowledge of Manufacturing and FMCG  - Strong analytical abilities, with attention to detail  - Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills   - Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools, spreadsheet applications and presentations
