- Manage the team of Guest Relation Executives (GREs) in Bengaluru - work allocation, performance assessment, improvements, expectation management.

- Manage the Bengaluru business centre

- To ensure that the logistics around visits are managed smoothly by the respective GRE.

- Owner of Board Room bookings in Bengaluru for client visits / events

- Be the escalation point for any issues on the ground - Issue Management

- Vendor Management - Manage the vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery of their services and ensure their payments are disbursed on time as per Capgemini standards.
