Hiring Open for Business Analyst - R(Mandatory) from Finance Domain

Consultant / Sr Consultant (O5/O6)

Job Profile :

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively with teams and stakeholders

- Support analytics projects by using strong data manipulation, basic research, and analytical skills

- Maintain the credibility of all data analysis and processes maintained by the team to develop the ability to crunch, manipulate and work with large quantities of data

- Common responsibilities include strategic operations analysis, scanning business processes, identifying performance trends, bottlenecks, data analysis, data mining, providing Business Insights and- preparation of reports and Presentations

- Ability to create front end applications in Excel or PowerPoint to present key project findings to the client

- To be able to work with and develop basic statistics and analytics including segmentation, modeling, regression, forecasting etc with- statistical software "R"

- To be able to work using SQL, Excel VBA and MS Access.

Qualification & Skillset :

- CA, A B.E. /Masters/MBA degree, or a bachelors/masters in statistics, economics, Accounting, operations research, mathematics from premier colleges/Campus Recruits

- Excellent analytical skills

- Overall Experience: 5-6 Yrs

- 3-4 years of Analytics/ Consulting Experience is must

- 2-3 years hands on experience in utilizing statistical tools ( R is Must)

- Strong Knowledge & hands on experience in statistical modeling in R is a must with more than 2 yrs of exp in R development

- Ability to understand business needs and develop recommendations through combination of data analysis

- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Skills

- Previous project delivery in any one of the domain (ex: Finance, Customer Marketing etc) is must.
