- Identify unique learning initiatives based on the needs of different Business Units(BUs)

- Handle end to end learning event Includes creating and releasing marketing mailers, collating nominations, registration, blocking faclitator, invoicing, etc

- Leverage and drive cost optimal event and interventions involving multiple business units.

- Measure effectiveness of learning interventions and suggest improvements based on the results

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Should have any 2 of these skills - Hibernate, Spring, HTML 5, Angular JS

- Handled Corporate batches

- Minimum experience 10 yrs in delivery and few yrs in project development
