Job Description :

Ideate, Conceptualize Big Data Use cases that can be converted into market relevant solutions in Insurance sector, for P&C, Health and Life portfolios across the Globe

Provide Solution support on competitive bids involving big data, including aspects of Consulting in setting up organization, operating models, technology choices and implementation approach

Derive assets, accelerators and IP from implementations and drive the enhancement for market relevance and demonstrate to various stakeholders

Deliver projects in Big data space in all constructs - AD / AM / MS

Initiate Big Data projects and hand over to the project team and provide support for successful implementations

Mentor, Manage and grow Big Data talent and build analytics competency within Insurance sector

Create thought leadership artifacts, point of view and other collaterals for marketing and sales support.

Skills Required :

Should have 15 + years of experience in having delivered and managed data management and Business Intelligence

Must have 5+ years of experience in providing and architecting Big data solutions.

Experienced on setting up enterprise scale data management solutions focused on big data

Experienced in consulting, assessment, solution elaboration to produce solution specifications, recommendations and project scoping documents for Big data Projects & Programs.

Must possess good Insurance domain knowledge and proven solution development expertise in P&C / Life / Health

Experience on consulting, managing Big data engagements

Should possess good written and oral communications skills

Must be wiling to travel on short notices
