Job responsibilities :
- Manage a global pre sales function to assist the Sales to respond to RFXs with high quality proposals and other sales collaterals
- Support end to end sales cycle with focus on demand management, bid management, KM, Content harvesting, Authoring & formatting, portal management as well as client visits.
- Work towards improving the win rate / deal conversion for new logo deals by developing winning proposals and enabling sales strategy through in depth sales insights & analytics
- Implement innovative programs & methods to support client visit experience and enable deal closure
- Work on creating a strong Account Development program to support incremental growth from top accounts
- Manage the sales operations focussed on THOR management and sales reporting
- Work with Sales leadership to plan and manage proactive sales initiatives focused on generating leads and incremental account growth opportunities
- Be aligned to the GSO (Global Sales Officers) objectives and be part of the key industrialization initiatives
- Streamline the process to speed-up the response time in the sales cycle and making the deal process smooth and efficient for the company
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the products, processes and service offerings
- Lead diverse teams spread across time zones.
