Title: BCM - Big Data Lead

Job Description:

An experienced technology, business and people manager who provides leadership, mentorship, value and practice accountability for the big data practice in CPRD, MLS and EU domains.

- Senior technology and service professional who has demonstrated an ability to lead based on experience, knowledge, passion and competence.

- Assist delivery teams to coordinate and conduct the delivery of high-level complex big data solutions.

- Explores big data technology and architects industry solutions for relevance to CPRD, MLS and EU sectors based on technologies available to support customer needs.

- Guides and manages practice team to effectively deliver big data solutions from the sector perspective.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

- Drives, articulates and delivers solutions based on customer's strategic business or technical requirements

- Manages the Big Data CoE - Sector (EU, OG, Transportation, Gov) solutions working jointly with global sector leads

- Owns GTM and growth responsibilities for sector related solutions

- Oversees Delivery Support and Maintains level of practice readiness to support delivery of customer engagements (resource development, partner relations, tested and proven technical solutions, and quality assurance) working jointly with India delivery lead

- Ensures adequate level of resources in place to meet sectoral targets working jointly with India operations lead

- Provides technical and/or business consultative leadership to meet deliveries and owns the solutions value chain from strategy to execution

- Explores new technologies and participates in conferences, blogging and white papers

- Must possess significant global large scale implementation experience

- Hands on experience in working in a Big Data leadership role and must have excellent communication skills

- Must have skills in Hadoop, Java, Big Data Machine Learning and in architecting large solutions
