Capex Projects & Evaluations for Dr.Reddys @ Hyderabad

Description:

- Discuss with all stake holders and understand the project proposal

- Validation of the project cost line items

- Evaluation of the business case for the CAPEX proposals

- Compute pay-back and perform sensitivity analysis, etc

- Prepare presentation for management approval for CAPEX proposals

- To present financial evaluation of all major CAPEX proposals in CRM for discussion and approval

- Co-ordinate and ensure projects are approved as per DOA

- Co-ordinate for create of project code and upload budget as per approvals

- Weekly tracking of the proposals and update status

- Conduct financial and operational review of all ongoing Capex projects

- Review completed projects and provide insight to project and management team

- Bench marking of project cost (internal & external)

- MIS and Analytics on CAPEX spend Plan Vs actuals, trends etc.

- Participation in vendor negotiation
