Capex Finance Specialist - Pharma/Manufacturing Firm - CA

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team as a Capex Finance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital expenditure (Capex) finance and the ability to manage and optimize our investment in long-term assets. This role is critical in ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of our organization through effective Capex management.

Key Responsibilities:

Capex Planning and Analysis:

- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual Capex budget.

- Analyze capital expenditure proposals and assess their financial viability.

- Collaborate with various departments to forecast Capex needs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare detailed reports on Capex spending, including variance analysis.

- Maintain accurate records of all capital projects and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual Capex financial statements.

Project Evaluation and Management:

- Conduct financial evaluations of new projects, including ROI, NPV, and IRR analysis.

- Track and report on the progress of ongoing Capex projects.

- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time.
