1. Strong communication: Written and Verbal, must be able to speak with global clients comfortably, understand the ask and respond to discussions accordingly.
2. Strong stakeholder management skills (must have worked with global stakeholders in lead capacity): Must be familiar with RACI and Stakeholder Matrix
3. Strong requirements gathering and management skills: Must have conducted requirement gathering meetings independently and led them from requirement gathering perspective. Should be excellent and writing requirements in agile and waterfall both
4. Must have process flow creation skills using Visio
5. Must have data field mapping experience
6. Must be hands on with the following toolset: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Sharepoint, RACI, RAID
7. Must have good understanding of business benefits, impact of business benefits
8. Must have experience in estimating BA workload and creating BA related plans for requirement gathering
9. Must have experience in prioritizing of requirements based on dependencies, assumptions, technical challenges, market benefits, risks, and issues
10. Must be able to identify and clearly articulate risks and issues pertaining to the requirements and highlight the same in the correct governance forums for mitigation
11. Must be from Banking background or Insurance background
