JOB DESCRIPTION - Vice President (Investments)  CapAleph Advisors is the Investment Manager of CapAleph SME Fund, a food & agri focused private equity fund. At CapAleph, there is emphasis on proprietary origination of transactions through intensive sector research. We look for significant ownership in companies we invest into and have an operating team that engages deeply with the investee companies post investments.   CapAleph is looking to expand its team and wants to hire a Vice President.   Position: Vice President (Investments)  Location: Bengaluru  Key Responsibilities:  - Intensive research of the food & agri space  - Deal origination and evaluation  - Tracking of market trends and developments  - Building of detailed financial models for business and investment decision making  - Preparation and review of deal documents such as Investment Memorandum, issuance of Term Sheets, drafting of Shareholder Agreements etc.)  What we are looking for:  - 6-10 years of relevant working experience in private equity investments, exposure to impact investing will be preferred, but not essential.  - High degree of attention to detail  - Strong research capability  - Strong financial analysis skills with deep financial modeling experience of the highest order  - Strong written and verbal communication skills  - Team player  Remuneration: Competitive
