We are looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst, preferably from the Finance domain. Your primary focus will be in the analysis of requirements - one of the core skills of business analysts. Developing technical solutions to business problems, or to advance a company's sales efforts, begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements. Managing requirements at the project level can help fulfill business needs.
Business analysts typically take the lead role in:
1. Assisting with the business case
2. Planning and monitoring
3. Eliciting requirements
4. Translating and simplifying requirements
5. Requirements management and communication
6. Requirements analysis
Responsibilities:
1. 3-5 years of total experience in analytical background, preferably from the Finance domain
2. Ability to grasp business nuances quickly
3. Experience in business requirements gathering
4. Deep understanding of system engineering concepts
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be able to present to Senior Management and key stakeholders
6. Ability to break-down complex problems into simple steps
7. Assess and validate to see if the solution is meeting the requirements
