Capabilities Manager :

- Strong problem solving skills and experience in developing analytics & business intelligence solutions

- Strong experience with SAS & SQL

- Ability to identify analytical capabilities and platforms to help automate / scale business

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of managements and manage expectations

- Ability to prioritize and deliver work within a deadline-driven environment

- Ability to drive insights from the data and provide actionable steps

- Experience in team management

- Experience with VBA macros for automation and improving efficiency - Nice to have

- Experience in leveraging Big Data Capabilities - Nice to have

- This role does not require knowledge of statistical modelling

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/MCA or related fields

- 6+ years of relevant experience

Qualification :

- Oversee the project scope and problem solving approach and align with the BI Consultant partners. Iterate on the tactics as projects progress and suggest course corrections pro actively.

- Provide thought leadership in finding efficient and scalable solutions to produce complex data products

- Prioritize efficiently to manage to committed deadlines

- Provide oversight in the synthesis of data into meaningful and actionable stories. Develop expertise in understanding of data sets and innovate to develop new insight based solutions

- Suggest additional follow on analysis that can be pitched as new projects; surprise and delight the client with additional insights (within scope) as per BI partner guidance.

- Lead new initiatives, prepare project plans and other supporting information, and provide project status

- Manage customer expectations including scope, schedule, changes, and problem resolution

- Foster knowledge management through project documentation (scope doc, program logic, data, presentation) that can serve as a reference for a variety of customers and future engagements.

- Drive on-time, high quality project deliverables through effective project prioritization and management

- Build and manage a high performing, highly engaged team
