CAO/Data Strategy - Banking Captive

CAO: Banking Captive : Bangalore

Summary:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the planning, organization, direction and control. This role is responsible for the oversight of multiple business unit functions, providing leadership and guidance

- Support the Chief Executive Officer for the development, implementation, and communication of the overall strategy to meet both the unit's and the corporation's strategic plan

- Be responsible for effective and efficient management of day to day operations including business continuity management and handling of crisis situations

- Deliver business management services through effective coordination with local / regional / global stakeholder groups like Finance, Risk, COO's office, Communications, Compliance, Legal, and Site Leadership team

- Provide organizational oversight; assist with strategy, direction setting, audit/risk and compliance, cross team controls, resource planning, financial control and act as a senior escalation point for both internal and external client issues

Must Have :

- Education only from tier one

- 15 years of experience of strategy and delivery experience, demonstrated hands-on experience of orchestrating strategy formulation and its successful implementation, and delivery of complex and large scale projects

- Strong analytical skills
