Skills:

- Sales, Marketing Department: Sales & Business Development Experience: Very strong communication skills with 2-4 years in Inside sales - IT service selling & leads generations (SAP experience preferred) for MENA & US market. Experience in using market data tools - Apollo sales tool, SignalHire. Must have experience in selling IT Services (any one of these - SAP services, Cloud - Azure, AWS, IT Infrastcruture, Cyber security ).

- Middle East market experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Research and gather information on target industries and companies to build a strong pipeline of leads.

Qualification: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client's requirements and pain points. Evaluate the suitability of potential clients and qualify them based on set criteria.

- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products/services, emphasizing the value proposition and addressing client needs. Customize sales pitches to align with the unique requirements of each prospect.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

- Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and build trust. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close deals in a manner that benefits both the client and the company. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of interactions with clients in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Utilize CRM data to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve products/services. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies and product knowledge.

- Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
