S. No. Job Duties

1 Account Mapping

- Understand the customer's business and document processing needs.

- Plan and execute actions to acquire new customers.

2 Customer Relations Management:

- Ability to assess the customers expectations and their Work & Documentation flows

- Retaining Canon's existing customer and ensure their satisfaction index is green

3 Cross functional interaction

- Closely work with the Service Division, Legal, Finance Division.

- Forecast the number of PGA machines required to close his orders.

- Work closely with Logistics for timely deliveries of orders placed.

4 Reporting

- Timely reporting of Monthly plans and targets achieved.

- Own sales plan for purpose of planning and actual business results.

- Regularly update his knowledge on market information and competition
