Hiring VP Bancassurance Partnerships to lead Business Development activities at channel partners to enable achievement of set target, manage the Sales service proposition through Integration Initiatives and undertake all activities related to Business Development, Support Channel Partners MI requirements.

Follow up with the Channel Partners and integrate support functions at for timely completion of regulatory requirements, Sales Activity Management, Integration Initiatives CRM Leads.

Individual would be required to report progress on all Business Development and regulatory matters to Governing Board, leadership team and other forums.

Key Tasks

1 Internal liaising with various functions (Training/UW/P&P Team etc.) with regards to resolution of specific issues highlighted by RHs and channel partner.

2.Publishing reports, Dashboards and MIS (daily | weekly | monthly)

3. Ensure 100% complaints are recorded and relayed to the respective business al Heads and resolved within agreed timelines

4. Support Zonal/Regional Heads in delivering higher levels of customer delight by facilitating the process of Timely & accurate MIS within mutually agreed timelines.

5.Improve completeness of data provided to Channel Partner at all times including that of Hierarchy mapping/Commission Reports/Sales MIS/Contest MIS etc.

Other Initiatives

1. Suggest and implement changes / new ideas and share best practices to improve business processes / TATs / Completeness of data.

2 .Liaise with IT & Operations with regards to system enhancements from time-to-time.

3. Keep self updated on all new and existing Sales Process, and Compliance guidelines

4.Pro-actively come up with newer ideas to create data tables that would assist frontline & also create an internal competitive environment amongst all concerned in Sales through effective data analytics on an ongoing basis.
