Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy to achieve overall business goals. 2. Develop, implement and monitor an integrated communication strategy for distributors and customers - Communication with customers including CLCM - Brand Visibility - Digital Strategy - Point-of-Sale marketing at bank branches 3. Product marketing - Product launch (events, engagement &amp; visibility) - Marketing tools &amp; sales aids 4. Marketing activities &amp; events (branch &amp; customer meets, branch level activities) 5. Digital Marketing - Manage and pursue increase visibility of company's brand in Social Media - Online Reputational Management - Digital brand marketing initiatives 6. Revenue Marketing - Strategic marketing imperatives for prospecting of DST channels - Digital marketing initiatives to deliver revenue under Bank's online initiative (ISNP &amp; Others) 7. Build synergies with bank for effective marketing &amp; brand building. 8. Strengthen the Company's brand within our target customers. Work on Loyalty program for Customers Key Responsibility Areas : Impact on the Business/Function : 1. Build the imagery of CHOICe brand and deliver on the key brand metrics 2. Drive top-line and profitability 3. Develop the marketing strategy for business 4. Develop and implement integrated communications for existing and new products 5. Create a plan &amp; execute branch level events and activities to gain mindshare of partner banks and its staff for new business generation. 6. Support the branch level activities &amp; events with effective communication ideas 7. Develop and implement loyalty programs for staffs of partner banks for mindshare and engagement. 8. Creating and executing various communication tools &amp; launch events for branding and promotions for various products. 9. Implement customer life cycle management. Launch a Customer Loyalty program to drive customer engagement 10. Build a long term and focused strategy for visibility and mindshare at point-of-sale i.e. bank branches of distributors for driving interest &amp; call-to-action. Customers/Stakeholders : 1. Enhance customer satisfaction through regular communication programs 2. Internal branding inside the Hubs and offices Pan India through pamphlets, brochures, hoardings tec. 3. Planning and execution of campaigns for both product/category launch as well as brand campaigns. 4. Formulating media strategy for mass media campaigns in Print, Radio, Television, Digital &amp; Social Media thereby delivering reach and savings. 5. In branch branding through collaterals and sales aides for the 3 channel partner branches to increase visibility within channels. 6. Conducting product launch events for the internal and external customers of our channel partners. 7. Set up a dynamic feedback mechanism for continuous evolution of the quality of marketing initiatives. Leadership &amp; Teamwork : 1. Build a marketing team that is effective and aligned to business goals. 2. Inspire and motivate the team to deliver creative and cost effective solutions. 3. Build the credibility of the marketing function with external and internal stakeholders. Operational Effectiveness &amp; Control : 1. Coordinate with all other teams to ensure compliance with the brand guidelines and values 2. Set up and manage complete processes. Ensure proper service management from vendors and agencies during planning and execution to increase overall productivity and efficiency 3. Drawing and finalizing of the marketing AOP with all related budgetary calculations and OPEX breakups. Allocation of marketing budgets towards various marketing heads like- Retail branch Branding, Activation, Outdoor, Mass media, &amp; collaterals. 4. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, methods of implementation, and ensure costs control through savings and reviews. 5. Ensure a robust inventory, supply chain &amp; dispatch management of marketing collaterals &amp; sales tools for effective usage and cost control. 6. Strengthening of vendor management, negotiations for right pricing and network/pool of servicing vendors. 7. Establish effective process controls as per SOPs and implement a long term monitoring mechanism. Major Challenges : - The key challenge in this job is to bring about a more customer centric approach across the organization so that the marketing initiatives are based on relevant customer needs and customer understanding. This requires a complete mind shift in the marketing department. Also the same needs to be aligned with the sales strategy. - Extracting maximum business value from marketing spends. - The jobholder needs to work closely with the business heads and sales and hence needs to have high influencing skills, should possess good business abilities and should be an exponent of collective management. Be in touch with ever changing market and competitive scenario. Good use of modern media including digital. Role Context : - The jobholder has the freedom to act within his/her own area of responsibility but must ensure that his/her actions/decisions taken are within the parameters agreed in the organization. - He or she will be responsible for working closely with the digital &amp; social media agencies, advertising and creative partners, Digitization service providers, research agencies and will drive value from this relationship and the agency teams. - The job holder needs to work closely with the business heads and will be the voice of the customer within the organization Management &amp; Leadership of Regulatory, Compliance &amp; Operational Risk : - Report any operational risk or operational risk loss to the line manager immediately (who is required to timely report to Operational Risk Coordinator) if the jobholder becomes aware of emerging or inadequately controlled operational risk or identify an operational risk loss Observation of Internal Controls : - Maintain and observe internal control standards, implement and observe Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. - Foster a compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Compliance, Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimizing relations with regulators
