Canara HSBC OBC Life Insurance - Senior Manager - Products

- Assisting in end-to-end management of new product development and product launch activities. Also responsible for some of the product management activities. 

- The person will be assigned specific product projects within the broad product propositions and will design, help the product manager / head in gain agreement for, drive the approvals and governance processes for the product. 

- The person would take ownership for launch and delivery processes as per the agreed product calendar. 

- The role will involve engagement with all stakeholders involved in product development particularly peers in cross-functional teams. 

- Depending on the project and team structure, the person may get responsibility for managing a junior resource such as MT or AM to deliver on specific tasks. 

- The role holder will be expected to take ownership of specific functional improvement initiatives and knowledge areas and deliver these improvements/ knowledge research outputs for the efficient working of the function.
