Objective - The role holder will be responsible for effectively supervising and handling end to end policy servicing request with strict adherence of regulatory guidelines by the team. Ensure proper documentation of the related processes, letters and exception / deviation "Approvals". Review SOP's every quarter and ensure version is update for record purpose. Also, managed unclaimed activities run by department and sure clearance of unclaimed amount. Additionally, act as a SPOC handling Projects, which is running at Company Level. Key Responsibilities - Ensure strict adherence of regulatory, AML/FCCRM/FATCA/CRS guidelines by the team. - Ensure proper documentation of the related processes, letters and exception / deviation "Approvals". Review SOP every quarter and ensure version is update for record purpose. Ensure all SOPs and PS process are update in company internal sites i.e We-Connect etc - Actively patriciate in PS Audit related actives and ensure three is no audit outages and all audit actionable are closed within the time frame. - End to end project handling and timely closure of project milestones - Prepare risk & control logs (encompassing material risks, key controls and residual risk) created for all new projects / initiatives and for existing processes. - Report and manage all incidents in line with the Incident management process - Ensure that there are no overdue action items from risk reviews, audit observations, incidents reported to ORIG or RMC - MSII to be comprehensively identified and reported to process control and risk function. - Be an active member of all the BRCM workshops / ICF meetings - Contribute to the control environment and risk related matters discussed in various governance forums - Monitoring of Ops loss, KRIs, risk mandates and other related activities - Coordinate with process owners to place effective design level controls in the CMT at the Implementation stage for new regulations and update controls for existing regulations if there are changes in the processes from time to time. - Periodic testing of controls provided by the respective functions both in terms of design and operative effectiveness. To highlight and closely monitor closure of exceptions with their mitigation plan and timelines, if any. - Provide assurance to the respective functional head on the adequacy and operating effectiveness of controls placed by the respective functions. - End to end customer portal design and increase in PS request penetration. Enhancement of servicing platforms - Tele and digital. Monthly, update to function head on customer self service %. - Yearly review of PS form design and close loop with Marketing and legal team.
