- Leading end to end Quantitative/qualitative recruitment independently across all levels for corporate functions. - Perform end to end recruitment life cycle including contract, benefit, bonus and salary negotiations, position-specific technical interviewing, sourcing and follow up. - Assisting corporate functions to close larger head count need on monthly basis. - Stakeholder Management - Assisting stake holders on lateral recruitment and Calibration calls with stakeholders. - Implementing technical screening questionnaire to screen &amp; short listing sound tech candidates. - Accountable for data management and MIS on an ongoing basis. Creating and monitoring key metrics (e.g time to hire, candidate funnel etc) to evaluate various strategies and improve hiring efficiency and briefing the senior leadership team on weekly report, showing all vacancies within the company and status of each. - Maintaining recruiting mix (direct/referral/portals). - Implementing cost effective sourcing strategies to identify high quality talent across at all levels. - Utilizing the social media, job boards, third party vendors, and open house events, referrals, marketing materials, university recruitment, information sessions and virtual events for applicant sourcing and pipeline. - MIS reporting. - Translating business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk and working closely with leadership team on the design and development of recruiting focus areas to deliver
