CAMS - Manager - Fund Accounting - CA/ICWA

Positon: Manager:

The Candidate:

- Qualified CA or ICWA with minimum 5 - 10 years of experience.

- The candidate shall have experience in Fund accounting activities/core accounting activities of medium or large size company and managing a team.

- The candidate shall have complete knowledge on finalization of accounts, Taxation and on recent changes and developments.

- He / She shall have sound knowledge on Excel / Tally / Any other accounting package.

- He / She shall have excellent communication and team management skill

Job Description:

- Planning the activities, assigning the deliverables to the team

- Following it up with the team and monitoring the activities to ensure the deliverables are met within- agreed TAT and utmost Accuracy.

- Maintaining excellent client relationship

- To handle multiple clients with ease

- To ensure the regulatory requirement and mandatory reports are made in time

- To ensure that the tax liabilites are met in time and the returns viz: TDS, Service Tax and Income Tax are filed in time.

- To provide required support to the Fund Houses to meet the tax obligation / regulatory reports

- To ensure that the NAV computation, Distribution allocation and XIRR computation are done accurately

- To ensure that the fund complies with the provisions of Regulation and with the various provisions of Fund Documents viz: Contribution Agreement and Private Placement Memorandum
