Primary Responsibility :

1. Pursue existing clients for additional engagement and incremental revenue

2. Drive growth of Insurance Repository penetration in both Life and Non Life (including Health)

3. Pursue prospects for outsourced activities

4. Support any new initiatives launched from time to time

Other Responsibilities / Tasks :

1. Documenting feedback, inputs and requirements from meeting with clients / prospects

2. Correspond with prospects for inputs, follow through, agreements etc.

3. Follow through with clients for seamless commencement of new engagements

1. Incremental revenue from new and existing customers

2. Revenue from new business offerings

1. Be the Customer advocate within the organization

1. Order book from new clients or prospects

REPORTS TO :

Functionally : COO - CAMSRep

Administratively : COO - CAMSRep

Outside Agencies / Clients /Vendors reporting to or interacting with this Role :

Clients : Insurance (Life & General)

Internal Depts : Operations, Process /Training and Quality, Finance

Qualifications Required :

- Graduate, prefer MBA

- Additional Insurance or BPO related experience would be a plus

Experience Required :

- 6-8 years of Experience in Sales/ Business Development
