Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Supply finance support to the Supply Organization and is responsible for costing, capitalization, controls, cost saving initiatives monitoring, people management..

- Senior Manager Role with about 15 years of relevant experience (with last 5 years of leading supply finance function .. Hands on / leadership experience towards managing supply finance as a business partner.

- Chartered Accountant + Cost Accountant and having exposure of Corporate Accounting, Plant Accounting, and Cost Accounting & New Plant set up.

- Project Financing and Financial Projection and Business profitability and Stability report for Govt schemes and grants.

- Preparation and finalization of product wise Cost Sheet, PL, CF, BS & Analysis various ratio to check product profitability and stability and impact on business for all new product.

- Product and Standard Costing and implementation in SAP

- Consolidation and finalization of Books of accounts.

- MIS for Management (Indian & Global).

- Monitoring the audit schedules and coordination with Statutory, Internal, Cost and SOX Auditors and timely completion of Audit.

- Preparation, Implementation of Process, Policies & Internal approval rule for smooth and effective internal control system of company.

- Monthly closing, Provisioning and finalization of books of accounts. ( B/S, CF, PL)

- Monthly Forecast of PL, CF & BS

- Annual & Half Yearly Budgeting of PL, CF & BS.

- Account Receivable - Overall supervision and control.

- Accounts Payable including Employee claims - Overall supervision and control.

- Inventory Management and Control.

- Fixed assets Management and Control.

- Cash and Bank Reconciliation and Fund Management.

- Ensure compliance and timely payment of statutory liabilities.

- Monitoring, Review & Control of Expenses on monthly basis.

- Approval & control of Expenses and PO's on daily basis.

- Ensure and Define Accounting Structure, Company Process, SAP interface for new Plant Set Up.

- Liaising with Govt Deptt, Banks, other group companies, inter-company deptt and plant accounting team for smoothly business operation .
