Campus Shoes - Senior Manager/Manager - Infra Lead

- Serve as a subject matter expert on infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and performance while ensuring cost effectiveness and business alignment

- Install, support and manage servers and resolve issues as needed

- Ensure security levels on network, infrastructure and servers are maintained

Support Network Core, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VPNs, Wireless Access Points, and other associated equipment

- Work closely with Network Engineers to manage and set standards for data backups and system disaster recovery protocols

- Manage the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of various information systems

- Overall IT Infrastructure Support for all operational systems including PCs, Servers, Network and Applications for all business units.

- Planning and monitoring IT Capital and Revenue Budgets

- Planning and delivery of IT infrastructure for new business units

- Management of IT Asset Lifecycle (from need identification till disposal)

- Management and Compliance of Software Licenses

- Ensuring IT continuity by appropriate planning, deployment, and conducting IT Continuity test for identified systems, including backup management.

- Define, implement, monitoring and ensuring 100% compliance of IT standards, policies and procedures.

- Administration of Domain, and related policy management

- Local IT vendor, contract and outsourcing management.

- Technical and communications liaison to and from stakeholders for IT initiatives, needs assessments, etc.
