SAP Project Manager

Role Overview:

- An SAP Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to SAP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements. This role involves coordinating various project activities, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Also, responsible for leading and managing SAP projects, processes, and functionalities to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and ensure effective utilization of SAP systems across various manufacturing modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation in alignment with organizational goals and SAP requirements.

- Lead and manage project teams, comprising SAP consultants, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders (both internal and external), ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

- Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP systems in alignment with manufacturing processes, including modules such as FI/CO, Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), and others.

- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project teams, ensuring effective communication, managing expectations, and providing project updates.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, or deliverables. Develop contingency plans to address potential risks.

- Manage project budgets, resources, and expenses effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to financial constraints.

- Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality standards and best practices in SAP project delivery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during SAP implementations or upgrades, managing resistance and ensuring user adoption.

- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and other relevant documents. Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders.

Skills:

- Exp. on SAP S4HANA and worked as Project Manager/Lead

- Worked on Modules-FICO/MM/PP/QM/SD

- Having exp. on End-to-End Implementation Project for SAP S4/HANA

- Project Risk Evaluation, Project Planning, Risk Evaluation, Budgeting

- Worked on Vendor Management & Team Management

- End to End project management including Requirement gathering, partner selection, commercial negotiation, team planning, stakeholder management, delivery etc.

- Coordination with Key Stakeholders, Business Teams, Leadership Team

- Industry-preference Manufacturing, Retail

- Good Communication both verbal and written

Experience: 8-15+yrs

Qualification: Graduate in IT /MBA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturday off)

Work Location: Gurgaon

Note: Candidates having experience into footwear industry, manufacturing industry or textile industry will be only preferred for this role.
