Campus Shoes - SAP PP Functional Consultant

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements related to production planning, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.

- Design, configure, and implement SAP PP solutions, including Master Data setup, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning, and Demand Management.

- Lead and participate in SAP PP module implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.

- Provide expertise in integrating SAP PP with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Quality Management (QM), and Finance (FI/CO).

- Exposure to Quality Management Module is preferred.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to educate end-users on SAP PP functionalities and processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PP modules.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP PP trends, advancements, and industry practices to recommend and implement process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP PP Functional Consultant in a manufacturing or related industry.

- Profound knowledge of SAP Production Planning module functionalities, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Experience in full lifecycle SAP PP implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into efficient SAP PP solutions.

- Exposure in Fashion/Footwear industry Preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- SAP certification in Production Planning (PP) or related modules is advantageous.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
