Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for commercial support to Online, EBO and LFS.
- Senior Manager Role with about 15 years of relevant experience (with last 5 years of leading commercial function .. Hands on / leadership experience towards managing online channel from commercial point of view.
- Key Responsibilities include - Monthly reconciliations with all online customers across various formats, Drive improvements in Channel P&L along with business head, Commercial controls and People management responsibility.
- Detailed analysis of all costs which is coming in P&L
- Analyzing categories margins and building the variances with business margins
- Preparation of cashflows projections and tracking on weekly basis
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecast
- Analysis of actual performance with AOP and forecast and providing detailed reasons of variances
- Tracking inventory movement
- Preparation and analysis of Investor's P&L
