- Responsible for planning and delivering the entire campus strategy.

- Maintain a round the year sustainable campus relationship model across the pre campus, on campus and post campus phase.

- Actively engage with campuses and continue to build the brand as an employer of choice.

- Responsible for managing execution of all branding programs & engagement initiatives across campuses.

Job Specifications

- Candidate with 6- 9 Years of experience in Campus hiring with some experience in Team management skills

- Strong planning & project management skills

- Proficient in MS office, proficiency with ERP's etc.

- Knowledge of the local market, the business, recruiting processes, branding.

- The candidate should be open for extensive travelling
