- Experience in handling end to end campus hiring for fresher across technical, creative and management streams.
- Involve in Market Research to explore alternative approaches in identifying talent, this includes understanding the industry, segment and technology.
- Involve in campus branding activities at pan India level.
- Forecast and determine the campus hiring needs for - Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires
- Creating a campus hiring plan defining the objectives and desired outcomes working alongwith cross functional teams
- Identify opportunities for new campus initiatives in order to strengthen relations with campuses.
- Connect with the TPO's and Students of the Top E-schools so as to negotiate and get the best possible dates/ slots, preparing campus calendar.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers, department heads, alumni and staff and provide interface with all candidates.
- Coordinate and help execute interviews, pre-placement talks, presentations, special events, and marketing initiatives.
