Urgent Opening - Leading Software MNC - HR – Hyderabad  We are hiring for a Leading Software MNC Co. into a Campus Recruiting profile.  Exp: 8-10 Years in Campus recruitment, hardcore Staffing, Talent acquisition.  Only People from Tier 1 Organisation/ Tier 1 MBA School need to apply.  Industry Preferred: Information Technology/ Internet/ Software/ FMCG/ BFSI  Location: Hyderabad  Role Purpose  - Manage the end to end recruitment process, build strong relationships with the key internal/external stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of the talent landscape in the campus space.  Job Responsibilities  - Developing and implementing campus hiring strategy that aligns to the future business and talent needs of the organization and position as top employer in chosen campuses across in India.  - Building strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies  - Identifying and pro-actively building network of internal stakeholders that will be critical to the delivery for campus talent needs, including –  - Human Resource Directors/Partners, Business Unit heads, and their respective campus representatives / leadership teams, International University teams outside of India, Industry Staffing teams in each business, Compensation & Benefits, Operations and Staffing Marketing.  - Engage and develop relationships with key external stakeholders –  - Campus Placement Officers  - Faculty  - Students / Student groups  - Managing any budget allocation for programming, travel and other activities  - Interview and assess candidates applying the use of selection criteria and behavioral interview techniques  - Maintaining accurate internal and external candidate data real time in staffing systems  - Understand local legal situation with regards to contracts, visa/ work permits, discrimination laws, etc.  - Participating in staffing related projects  - Contributing as a positive member of the staffing team, supporting team members and assisting others in their success  - Create and drive key processes on the Campus Recruiting Team to improve efficiency and candidate/stakeholder experience.  Desired profile :  - 8-10 years of related recruiting experience, preferably within the campus/university space: passion for placing candidates; significant experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates  - Understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management  - Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration, presentation and oral/written communication skills  - Strong affinity to improving processes and developing work flows to increase efficiency  - Relevant experience in relationship management – both in establishing, building and maintaining key partnerships (particularly with campus stakeholders)  If the above mentioned profile matches your requirement, pl send me a copy of your updated profile at saloni@arcisindia.net mentioning the following details   1) Current CTC 2) Expected CTC 3) Notice Period  Saloni
