Responsibilities:
Partners with the regional campus recruiting team to track and build long-term relationships with top-notch candidates
Organizes on-campus and in-office interviews for full-time positions, internship positions and summer leadership program attendees
Greets and/or interviews student candidates on campus
Attends student group meetings and events, accounting banquets, career fairs/trade shows and other campus events/activities
Organizes, prepares and/or gives presentations on campus
Maintains a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and disseminates local market (competitive) intelligence to key client groups
Provides support to projects in the recruitment people management arena, including campus recruitment, employment branding, candidate management in our applicant tracking system, etc.
Organizes communication and firm involvement with campus career centers, faculty, and student organizations
Leads client service teams involved on campus and provides leadership to enhance the Moss Adams employment brand on campus and to drive the importance of involvement in entry-level recruiting amongst the partners and employees
Assists with planning and organizing early identification programs at the firm, regional and office levels to build intern and full-time hire pipeline
Teams closely with Human Resources representatives and hiring managers to ensure effective on-boarding and integration of hires
Partners with leadership and other areas of the People Team to ensure we are delivering the Moss Adams advantage to our people
Utilizes the firm's recruitment tools and processes to execute work flow, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Diversity policies/processes
Assists with mentoring and supervision of Recruiting Coordinator, as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills (internal and external)
Excellent project management/organizational skills to manage numerous projects and work processes simultaneously
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills
Ability to interact with people at all levels
Ability to develop strong relationships with individuals in different office locations
Ability to handle confidential material and sensitive situations in a reliable manner
Willingness and ability to work evenings and travel as needed during peak recruiting seasons
