Job Description:

As a Campus Hiring Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent from universities and colleges. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to attract the best candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and implementing campus recruitment strategies to meet the company's talent acquisition goals.

- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.

- Conducting presentations and workshops to educate students about career opportunities at [Your Company Name].

- Managing the end-to-end campus recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

- Collaborating with hiring managers to assess candidate fit and make hiring recommendations.

- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus hiring initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in technology.

- Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent from universities and colleges.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Flexibility to travel to universities and colleges as needed.
