Campus Recruiter - Investment Bank

Urgent opening with one of the leading Investment Banking client of Flexibility, RPO of ABC Consultants for the role of Campus Recruiter. The candidate will be an employee of Flexibility and will be deputed to the client office.

Role :

- Plan, organize, promote, attend and actively contribute to campus events.

- Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor data.

- Manage the cross-divisional graduate recruiting programs.

- Budget management.

- Manage key relationships with HR colleagues, business unit professionals, university staff, representatives, and candidates.

- Excellent project management and analytical skills.

- Demonstrated relationship management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at a business/corporate level.

- Strong, resilient and outgoing personality with a strong orientation to teamwork.

- Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented work manner.

- Fluent English language skills.

- Experience in campus recruitment (Non-Technology and B-schools in India).

Salary offered: 6 - 9 LPA
