The candidate will be an employee of Flexibility and will be deputed to the client office.  Role :  - Plan, organize, promote, attend and actively contribute to campus events.  - Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor data.  - Manage the cross-divisional graduate recruiting programs.  - Budget management.  - Manage key relationships with HR colleagues, business unit professionals, university staff, representatives, and candidates.  - Excellent project management and analytical skills.  - Demonstrated relationship management skills  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at a business/corporate level.  - Strong, resilient and outgoing personality with a strong orientation to teamwork.  - Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented work manner.  - Fluent English language skills.  - Experience in campus recruitment (Non-Technology and B-schools in India).
