EIC - Campus Recruiter
Domnic Lewis is mandated to hire a EIC for the Bangalore Location
- Organize in-house career days tailored for students and recent graduates, categorized by department or field of expertise.
- Represent the company at college career fairs, engaging with students to promote the employer brand.
- Majorly Involved in Campus Recruitment. Yearly plan may include Lateral Hiring and opportunity to learn and get involved in Employer Branding.
Candidate Assessment:
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and administer skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships.
- Assess candidates' suitability for entry-level roles based on qualifications and potential.
University Relationships:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with universities to establish strong partnerships.
- Advertise job openings and develop internship programs to attract top talent from academic institutions.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the company's employer branding initiatives to enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
- Actively engage with college communities to attract talented individuals and promote the company's brand image.
Experience:
6-8 years of previous experience utilizing diverse sourcing strategies, including social recruiting.
Skills:
Demonstrated exceptional relationship-building abilities.
