Campus Recruiter
- Provide guidance and support on recruitment events and target universities
- Support the recruitment selection process (including screening, selection, organizing interviews, case studies, etc.)
- Responsible for facilitating program rotations, performance management, end-rotation-presentations, etc.
- Provide general career guidance and counseling
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including, but not limited to, on-boarding, rotation management, cross-border transfers, and recruitment and exit process administration
- Maintain up-to-date records of the Talent database
- Provide support in HR-related matters such as Comp planning, Talent, Benefits, and retention strategy
- Responsible for overseeing the Internship program end-to-end, including the recruitment strategy, program marketing, selection and interview process, facilitating placements with the line, on-boarding, induction, performance management, etc.
