Campus Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Create campus hiring strategies, designed recruitment process and process maps for pan India business demands
- Develop and manage relationships with the campus coordinators & student outreach contacts across colleges to drive student engagement initiatives
- Strategize, Plan and execute complete Campus Hiring Initiative of the Organization
- Seeking Campus Hiring Slots from Colleges/Universities, Scheduling Pre-Placement Talks, Coordinating Online Tests, & HR Interviews
- Spearhead Campus engagement initiatives across campuses and provide comparative analysis as well as key observation
- Work closely with business teams and managers for successful onboarding of hires
- Drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives for Campuses to ensure actions are aligned with company's strategy
- Generate and improve onboarding specific metrics on a monthly, quarterly basis as required
What to Bring:
- Master's degree in human resources management or a related field with 5 to 10 years of current hands on experience in campus hiring especially doctors hiring.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Result oriented, Interpersonal sensitivity, team player and a go-getter
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and has excellent follow-through/up skills
