- Planning and executing all on-campus recruitment activities, including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews, as well as our campus engagement strategy.
- Playing a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining our campus recruitment strategies for all our technology groups
- Engaging with leading engineering colleges while working closely with key stakeholders to attract and engage the right talent
- Spearheading initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team
