Description :

1. Manage a team of quality analysts who will be directly responsible for reviewing the quality of teachers, observing sessions, giving feedback, segregate instructors based on the scores etc

2. Accomplish quality objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing procedures.

3. Make recommendations for enhancements to training materials/processes/systems as needed to enhance the overall experience and achieve quality excellence.

4. Train and motivate teachers to ensure that quality standards are met.

5. Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Qualifications :

1. Has led a team of teachers / quality team in the past

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills

3. Basic programming knowledge of JS/PYTHON is preferred

4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

5. Teaching experience is preferred

6. Atleast 1 year of edTech experience
