Responsibilities: He or she would ideally take care of (but not limited to):-
1. Drive teaching and learning excellence in the online and offline classes
2. Identify teacher training areas, train them on coding aspects as and when required and create resources to bridge the gap
3. Identify teaching, learning and leadership related training and development needs for staff and stakeholders
4. Use available data to make informed decisions and hypotheses about the quality of teaching, learning and leadership
5. Create systems to ensure timely answers to all teacher queries
6. Track teacher class delivery, post class engagement to give timely feedback to teachers.
7. Work along with the coding curriculum team, to test the classes and solicit feedback on content.
8. Suggest changes in the curriculum basis teacher feedback suggestions
9. Create learning resources for teachers to ensure they effectively deliver the curriculum.
10. Conduct webinars,workshops for the teachers to clarify their doubts so that they can effectively train other teachers on the platform essentials
Requirement:
1. Teaching experience (preferably K-12 students) is mandatory
2. Minimum 2-3 years of teacher training / classroom experience
3. Candidate should have a global exposure and must possess excellent communication skills (US spoken english)
4. Coding background or knowledge is mandatory (Preferably JavaScript, Python, Block based etc)
Location: Onsite. Delhi (Should be based out of Delhi / willing to relocate to Delhi).
