Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute email and messaging campaigns from inception to completion, focusing on market trends to increase client responses and appointment bookings

- Utilise Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns effectively for campaign management and tracking

- Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom Info for targeted campaign outreach and engagement

- Use Zoom Info tool for advanced market and client insights to tailor campaigns

- Work closely with the Sales Assistant to coordinate and align telesales and campaign strategies, ensuring consistent communication with prospects

- Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement

Mandatory Requirements:

- Proven experience in campaign management, particularly in IT services or related fields

- Expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info tool

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, particularly in IT services or related fields

- Possesses a working Laptop/Desktop with a good internet connection

- Willing to work for a growing organization as per UK timing (flexible)

- Residing in Mumbai
