Roles & Responsibilities :
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, concentrating on brand management and/or digital marketing.
- A track record of creating and implementing effective marketing initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven analytic abilities and knowledge of data-driven marketing.
- Expertise with CRM platforms like Salesforce and marketing automation technologies like HubSpot and Marketo.
- The capacity to manage several projects at once and strong project management skills.
- The capacity to function both individually and together.
- The capacity to successfully priorities tasks and pay attention to details.
- Create and carry out marketing initiatives through a variety of media, such as email, social media, advertising, and events.
- Create captivating content and message that connects with target audiences by working with internal teams and outside partners.
- Examine campaign performance data and make necessary adjustments to strategy to maximize outcomes.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity across all touchpoints and channels.
- To inform marketing strategy and tactics, conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Produce and keep up with marketing materials like presentations, flyers, and brochures.
