1. Campaigns Manager/Campaign Director
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of analysts and execs to delivery end to end error free campaign management
- Manage the relationship and delivery of campaigns and projects
- Embrace a culture of simplicity and efficiency, challenge the status quo and look to automate and streamline processes
- Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure that the correct targeting criteria is adhered to and best practice is applied
- Ensure a best practice and quality control culture is deployed on all deliverables throughout the campaign process
- Ensure accurate reporting on performance to review and challenge
- Manage the reporting of key performance metrics to senior management
- Identify needs for new processes and workflows as the business grows; socialise and implement such changes
Desired experience and background:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or related program.
- Minimum of 7-12 years of directly related work experience in Direct Marketing and Operations
- Direct experience in setting up and running a back end team for loyalty Ops
- Additional experience and knowledge in developing standard operating processes is preferable
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
