Campaign Manager
Job Profile:
1. Handling campaign management systems for multiple publishers
2. Setting up, Scheduling, Executing, Optimizing & Managing end to end digital and mobile marketing campaigns
3. Extensive Reporting Support by using the campaign management tools & data analysis
4. Develop and Execute new customer acquisition and up-sell opportunities into our existing customers through marketing programs, including (but not limited to) email, sms, online etc. campaigns
5. To develop and execute campaign designs for multiple brands
6. Work closely with clients to structure and execute the sequence of events leading to a successful campaign
7. Be the key point of contact for content creation working with the Branding and Product marketing teams while sharing best practices
8. Track the effectiveness of each campaign & Achieve targets by continuous monitoring and optimization of campaigns
9. Act as subject matter expert on marketing database and informational environment
10. Campaign process management and handling key customer issues
11. Contribute significantly in defining the pricing structure for various inventories and processes
12. SLA management, interact on customer issues with customer service and resolve process related issues
13. Provide daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to the client as well as the management for regular reviews
Desired Candidate:
1. Minimum education qualification is graduation [MBA will be an added advantage]
2. Campaign management experience in digital or mobile domains is a must
3. Knowledge of the database structures & SQL querying will be an advantage
