CAMPAIGN MANAGER:

Be a critical stakeholder in building, delivering personalized & intelligent digital communication for asset business in the bank

Role is for the one of the leading banks in India

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage digital marketing objectives for asset portfolio, working with Agile Campaign Teams to drive growth, responsible for lead generation and business outcomes such as business conversions.

- Manage digital marketing objectives via campaigns for asset portfolio, working with product, Marketing, Mark Ops team to drive growth.

- Work with marketing to create sharp digital communication across various owned media with clear value proposition for that segment.

- Work with BIU to communicate to the right segment for driving growth.

- Consume KPIs reporting across multiple platforms & extract key insights for future digital campaign development and go-to-market strategies.

- Drive campaign analytics for the asset products with team of business analyst & data engineers.

- Share performance report with key stakeholders - KAM, Product, Marketing & tweak campaign strategy basis outcomes.

- Monitor campaign performance regularly and take calls modifying digital marketing journeys; share performance reports periodically with the Business Head, CMO & personalization head.

- Conduct A/B testing to experiment various channels, creatives, approach leveraging HPE ecosystem.

- Coordinate & operationalize cross-channel personalized digital journeys leveraging the organization's marketing stack and schedule/trigger journeys in a time-bound fashion.

- Leverage digital analytics & segment analysis for gaps & improvements.

- Participate & add value in new product design, market launch & digital journeys.

- Able to recommend short- and long-term strategy for better results.

- Expert in MS EXCEL/PowerPoint /MS Office Suite
